Two equal partners lead Costa Rica Limited: Robert Barras and Jeff McMullen
Robert arrived In Costa Rica in December of 2003 With an idea that affordable houses could be sold near the beach on the Central Pacific Coast of Costa Rica.
Jeff arrived in April of 2004 and purchased 50% of the Concept, Costa Rica Limited.
The Team has been financed by a local business man and gentleman farmer named Carlos Monge. It is through Don Carlos’ trust in Jeff and Robert and belief in the Mission Statement that we have had some success. Don Carlos is the glue that holds Costa Rica Limited together.
Jeff has over twenty five years experience in the construction business and Robert's experience includes over twenty five years of sales and organization skills.
